12-Month Limited Warranty
Products purchased from authorized Mietubl stores are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Mietubl will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace it with the same model or an equivalent product.
To Request Warranty Service
Please provide the following information:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)

Shipping
- For approved warranty claims involving manufacturing defects, Mietubl will provide an appropriate solution based on the specific case.
- For returns or exchanges involving non-defective products, customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs, taxes, or customs duties.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
- Damage caused by water, fire, natural disasters, or other external factors
- Damage resulting from improper storage, transportation, or operation outside the product's intended use
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Products outside the warranty period
- Free promotional or giveaway items
- Damage caused by third-party accessories or products used together with Mietubl products
